The thinkers at UNSW don’t publish their e-news frequently, but when it does hit my inbox, there’s always at least one article that really gets me reflecting on what I know about my corporate life.  In a post-Weinstein era, this is a must read. The article kicks off with a view from a criminologist and then considers what needs to be about the chronic failure of HR in our organisations.
